Supporting growth with individualized strategies, we focus on helping you create and implement effective plans to support positive behavior and personal growth. Our sessions aim to provide tools for managing emotions in a healthy, constructive manner, fostering overall well-being, building confidence on the foundation of genuine connection and compassionate care or when appropriate, many adult clients love our unconventionally unhinged ADHD support sessions. All services are based on lived experience, various training and professional development using trauma-informed practices to ensure a safe space for all.

Cancellation Policy

For more information and to book your session, email us at support@planbree.com Please only provide details about the services you are interested in and your preferred days and times. We do our best to connect within 48 hrs to set up your free 15 minute initial consult to start your journey with us. Please note our 24 hours notice cancellation policy: *Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Contact us at support@planbree.com to make any changes or if you have any questions about your upcoming session. **We have a 3 strikes policy - after 3 no shows/cancelations/rescheduling, we must regretfully put you/your child onto our waitlist. Of course, should this occur, you can reach out again to rebook in future. If cost is a barrier, payment options are available.
