We do our best to connect within 48 hrs to set up your free 15 minute initial consult to start your journey with us. Please note our 24 hours notice cancellation policy: *Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Contact us at support@planbree.com to make any changes or if you have any questions about your upcoming session. **We have a 3 strikes policy - after 3 no shows/cancelations/rescheduling, we must regretfully put you/your child onto our waitlist.
